1. What currency will I be charged in?

All prices are shown and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

2. How can I make payment for my bows?

We accept payment from all major credit cards made through PayPal (Visa/Mastercard/American Express). And the good thing is you don't have to be a registered PayPal account holder for this! 

3. Is there a discount code I can use?

Yes! For orders $30 and above (that's about 3 bows worth), you can enjoy 10% off by entering the discount code "HAPPIE10" at checkout.

4. When will my bows arrive?

Please ensure your bows selection and delivery address are correct before you submit your order. Once your order is submitted, we unfortunately cannot make changes. 

We take between 2-3 working days to process your bows upon order confirmation. Once all sewn and packed, your bows will be mailed via SingPost normal mail. If you'd like to top-up for registered mail, let us know in the comment box before you submit your order!

For local orders, you can expect to receive your package within 5-7 working days upon order confirmation.  

5. Is there international shipping?

For international orders, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your bows.
International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. 

6. Can I return my bows?

Being happy with your bows makes us happy. We take extra care to ensure your bows are met with the highest quality check before it goes to you. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returned merchandise under the following conditions:

•   You must email us at hello@happietings.com within 3 days of receiving your bow(s). Please indicate in the subject line "RETURN + INVOICE NUMBER".   

•   You must mail back the bow(s) within 5 days after we have acknowledged your email.

•   The bow(s) must be returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging.

Please ensure reasonable care is taken to return the bow(s) and that it does not get lost/damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to process the refund should the bow(s) get lost/damaged. Upon successfully receiving your returned bow(s) with the above conditions met, we will issue your refund in the original payment method. Please note that the return postage fee will not be refunded.
